The Challenge

The existing compliance training program at Places for People was time-intensive, requiring a significant commitment from employees to complete 62 courses ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.

A multi-faceted approach was implemented, focusing on:

Curriculum Redesign

Applied principles of adult learning to prioritise essential content and eliminate extraneous information. Learning objectives were meticulously reviewed and streamlined.

Microlearning Strategy

Broke down complex topics into concise, digestible 15-minute modules, focusing on single learning objectives within each.

Interactive eLearning

Utilised Articulate 360 to create engaging modules incorporating interactive quizzes, scenario-based learning, and simulations to actively involve learners and reinforce understanding.

Multimedia Integration

Developed short, dynamic videos and animated explainers using Vyond to illustrate key concepts and cater to various learning styles.

Accessibility Focus

Ensured all modules adhered to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines) to accommodate learners with diverse needs.

Data-Driven Iteration

Implemented a plan to collect and analyse post-implementation data (completion rates, quiz scores, learner feedback) to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the modules.
