Managing live events sat outside what Moodle's plugins could handle, so a dedicated tool was needed.

Cover discovery, booking, delivery, attendance, and feedback in one place, feeding results back into Moodle.

Built around three personas and the logic to connect them.
Users, instructors, and admins each get relevant views, backed by a skills engine, an availability calendar, and rule-based email comms, all integrated with MS Teams and MS Forms.
