Moodle is an LMS, not a TMS.

Managing live events sat outside what Moodle's plugins could handle, so a dedicated tool was needed.

Give every event a complete journey, not just a listing.

Cover discovery, booking, delivery, attendance, and feedback in one place, feeding results back into Moodle.

Built around three personas and the logic to connect them.

Users, instructors, and admins each get relevant views, backed by a skills engine, an availability calendar, and rule-based email comms, all integrated with MS Teams and MS Forms.

A working prototype, still under development.

Core booking, comms, and admin flows are functional as the build continues.
